Studied with Luuk Kranenburg, Joshua Samson, Martin Verdonk, Lucas van Merwijk, Robert Thomas Jr, Jan Laurens Hartong, Wim van der Meer and many others.

Studies

Two years at the Conservatory of Rotterdam. Latin Percussion. University of Amsterdam: Master of Arts degree in ethnomusicology. Final thesis: 'Shake, Rattle & Roll: the history of the New Percussionist in the Netherlands'.

Teaching experience

Drumschool Cleuver (percussion & drums), Royal Conservatory The Hague (percussion & ethnomusicology) Art in Rhythm (music workshops for companies like Shell, Masterfoods, Nederland Schoon and many many more) and schoolconcerts at a variety of highschools.
